Humatica announces promotions in London

Humatica is pleased to announce three promotions in its London office. Stephanie Hilders and Richard Breitschwerdt have been promoted to Consultant, and Juan Zapardiel has advanced to Senior Consultant.

Outstanding Humatican team member contributions

• Stephanie Hilders has helped turn insight into impact on multiple PE client projects. She also co‑created Humatica’s client feedback toolkit, supported recruiting, developed new marketing documentation and strengthened our organisational analytics materials.
• Richard Breitschwerdt was recognised for dependable, client‑first project delivery in Europe and Brazil. His smooth cross‑functional coordination kept complex cross-border org transformation work on track.
• Juan Zapardiel delivered outstanding client outcomes with heavy lift carveout reorganization and rightsizing projects. Beyond this, Juan led the renewal of Humatica’s commercial strategy, CRM data set and ABM marketing platform.
