Marcel is Humatica’s DACH Managing Partner. He has led multiple organizational analysis and implementation engagements for mid- and large-cap funds and their portfolio companies, and listed companies.
Marcel works pragmatically with management teams to deliver results and minimize risk.
Prior to joining Humatica, he was in various executive and C-level positions with a global precision instruments manufacturer and a financial information provider. Marcel was responsible for a P&L of approx. CHF400 m and 1’100 employees, involving EBIT turnaround and cultural transformation. Earlier, he was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, focusing on organizational and growth engagements. Marcel is a mechanical engineer and MBA by training.
Jen Jee Chan
Jen Jee is an Operating Partner and provides oversight for Humatica’s Asia business. He is a seasoned consultant skilled in areas of business process, strategy optimisation and project / program management. His experiences span hotel-leisure, industrial, education, research, IT/data centers and commercial fit-out sectors.
A trained engineer, Jen Jee has also helmed businesses at country / regional levels with international consultancy firms, responsible for portfolios ranging from tens to hundreds of millions CHF.
Jen Jee Chan
Manolis is a Senior Project Manager with project experience in various sectors, geographies (EU, US, APAC) and sizes (50-6,000 FTEs), focusing on Organizational Performance improvement, Target Operating Model design, and Rightsizing, as well as on Sales Effectiveness and Business Process Optimisation.
In addition to project work Manolis is responsible for driving Talent and Knowledge Management initiatives within Humatica. He holds a BSc & MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (Greece) and a MSc in Management from London Business School (UK), and he is the sports enthusiast of the team.
Andreas Knobloch is an Operating Partner at Humatica. He brings more than 20 years international experience in corporate leadership positions, start-ups and as an advisor in private equity and organizational effectiveness.
As one of the first Humaticans, he has advised numerous private equity clients and their portfolio companies in major strategic transformations and driving organizational performance. Andreas has also held leadership positions in high-tech growth areas as a VP at Deutsche Telekom and at Philips. Andreas started his career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman in London.
Andreas holds a BSc in Management Sciences and a Master’s in International Finance from the London School of Economics. Andreas speaks fluent English and German.
Andros is the Managing Partner and Founder of Humatica. He brings more than 25 years’ international experience as a business leader, investor and consultant in private equity and organizational effectiveness. Andros is a recognized expert in post-deal transformation and a regular contributor to PE trade journals on the topic, having written over 50 articles in the area.
He holds degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from the Stanford Business School. Andros speaks fluent German and English.
Valentina is a Director and leads complex projects requiring significant transformation, leveraging her extensive experience across all Humatica’s services and her expertise in connecting financial analysis with organizational implications. She has a successful track record of delivering international projects while effectively navigating cross-cultural complexity, especially across Europe and Asia.
In addition to project work, Valentina is also the CFO of Humatica and responsible for its financial sustainability. She has a MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) and Keio University (Japan), she is PMP-accredited and a Singapore Certified Management Consultant. Proud of her Italian roots, she is also an avid cook and wine aficionado.
Paul is a Director and the Technology Lead at Humatica. He has led client engagements across a range of industries, including Financial Services, High-tech, Software & Data Solutions, Industrial Manufacturing & Distribution and Retail & Hospitality. He is a functional expert in Commercial and Technology / Product parts of the organization through implementation support.
Paul leverages an engineering background to lead the Humatica technological developments across operations and products. He believes in a strong customer and product focus, applying engineering principles and analytical skills to help management teams solve their most pressing issues.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Science in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zurich.
