Andros is the Founder and Managing Partner at Humatica, based in Zurich. He has more than 35 years of international experience as a business leader, investor and consultant in private equity and organizational effectiveness.

Andros is a recognized expert in post-deal transformation. He is a regular contributor to private equity trade journals and has written monthly articles for more than 15 years on the topic.

He holds degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He speaks fluent English and German

Jen Jee is an Operating Partner at Humatica, based in Singapore, where he oversees the firm’s Asia business. He is an experienced consultant specializing in business process, strategy optimization, and project and program management.

A trained engineer, Jen Jee has led businesses at country and regional level for international consultancy firms, with portfolios ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of CHF. His sector experience spans hotels and leisure, industrials, education, research, IT and data centers, and commercial fit-out.

He holds a bachelor and master’s in electrical engineering from the NUS in Singapore. He speaks English, Malay and Cantonese.

Manolis is a Director at Humatica, based in London. He focuses on organizational performance improvement, target operating model design, rightsizing, sales effectiveness and business process optimization.

Manolis has delivered projects across the EU, US and APAC for organizations of 50 to 6,000 FTEs. Alongside his client work, he leads Humatica’s talent and knowledge management initiatives.

He holds a BSc and an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Management from London Business School. He speaks English and Greek.

Edward is a Director at Humatica, based in London. He advises private equity investors and corporate leaders on value creation, operating model transformation and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Humatica, Edward worked at L.E.K. Consulting, Publicis Sapient and Marks & Spencer, where he was part of the Strategy & Transformation team. His experience spans strategy, performance improvement, digital transformation and commercial due diligence across a range of sectors.

He holds a first-class MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. He speaks fluent English, French and Arabic. Outside of work, Edward enjoys exploring new restaurants, following geopolitics, and discussing cars.

Jan is partner at Humatica in Paris. He brings extensive international consulting and executive management experience to the team.

Following an initial career with Oliver Wyman, Jan has held senior executive positions in renown French companies including FNAC, Yves Rocher, Oscaro, Avis Budget Group and Europecar. His in-depth understanding of best-practice retail sales, B2C and e-commerce management processes is a welcome addition to Humatica’s traditional strength in B2B markets.

Jan is French and German national and fluent in French, German and English.

Zoë is the HR Manager at Humatica, based in London, and leads the HR function across all offices. She has more than 13 years of generalist HR experience in professional services.

Zoë’s experience spans consultancy, accountancy and legal firms in the UK and the US. She also brings many years of experience in internal resource management and external recruitment across a range of sectors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Birmingham.

Andreas is a Partner at Humatica, based in Munich. He has more than 20 years of international experience in corporate leadership, start-ups, and as an advisor in private equity and organizational effectiveness.

Andreas began his career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman in London and later held leadership positions in high-tech growth areas, including as a VP at Deutsche Telekom and at Philips. As one of the first Humaticans, he has advised numerous private equity clients and their portfolio companies on major strategic transformations.

He holds a BSc in Management Sciences and a Master’s in International Finance from the London School of Economics. He speaks fluent English and German.

Claudio is a Director at Humatica, based in Zurich. He has led projects in organizational performance improvement, post-merger integration, restructuring, cultural change and leadership process design and implementation across industries including software, hospitality, chemicals, financial services, logistics, energy and telecommunications.

Before joining Humatica, Claudio was CEO of a venture capital-backed SaaS company providing distribution and revenue management solutions to the hospitality industry. He led the company through its growth and internationalization phase to a successful exit.

He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Information Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and an MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School. He speaks fluent German, English and Spanish, advanced French and basic Polish.

Paul is a Partner and the Technology Lead at Humatica, based in Zurich. He is a functional expert in the commercial and technology/product areas of the organization, through implementation support.

Paul has led client engagements across financial services, high-tech, software and data solutions, industrial manufacturing and distribution, and retail and hospitality. He believes in a strong customer and product focus, applying engineering principles and analytical skills to help management teams solve their most pressing issues.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and an MSc in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zurich.

Bryan is a Partner at Humatica, based in London. He has extensive international experience in business leadership, consulting and operational excellence across public, private and PE-owned companies.

Bryan has led a number of major business transformations across a wide range of industries. These include organic and M&A growth initiatives, revenue optimization, carve-outs, digital transformations and organizational optimization.

He holds a BSc (Eng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from INSEAD. Bryan enjoys sailing as well as coaching and refereeing rugby over the weekend.

Karen is the Finance Manager at Humatica, based in London. She is a chartered accountant who qualified with PwC.

Karen has worked in both practice and industry. Her experience spans professional services, financial services and a technology start-up.

She holds a physics degree from the University of Bristol. She speaks English and French.
