Testimonial : Humatica services for Leadership Succession in the Distribution Group of Apex Healthcare Berhad
In Februrary 2024, Humatica, a specialist consulting firm in the areas of organizational effectiveness was engaged to assess the state of leadership succession and provide recommendations for the Distribution Group, a key business unit in Apex Healthcare Berhad, a publicly listed pharmaceutical group headquartered in Malaysia, with operating subsidiaries in Malaysia and Singapore, and a commercial presence in over 20 countries worldwide.
Humatica’s Managing Partner for Asia, Chan Jen Jee delivered the services out of their office in Singapore and completed the assignment in May 2024.
Humatica, and Jen Jee were able to connect well with the key stakeholders in a pragmatic manner, and adopted a clear structured approach delivering a fact-based assessment of the gaps we needed to address. The ability to align key stakeholders, management team and the board of directors has given us added assurance and confidence on next steps to take to facilitate a smooth leadership succession for the Distribution group of Apex Healthcare.
We are indeed pleased with the services provided, and will not hesitate to recommend Humatica for similar organizational consulting services in the future.
