With 27 years of experience in project and portfolio management, risk advisory, and strategy development, Jen brings deep expertise in business process optimisation and programme leadership across sectors including hospitality, industrial, education, IT/data centres, and commercial fit-outs.
A trained engineer with an MSc and BSc in Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Jen has led country and regional operations for international consultancies, managing portfolios worth hundreds of millions of CHF. His track record includes organisational effectiveness assessments for PE-backed firms, leadership transitions for healthcare groups, and sustainability and ESG strategies for global portfolio companies. Notable engagements include Google’s APAC Data Centre programme, business process re-engineering for ComfortDelGro, and expansion initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield across Asia. Jen is fluent in English, Malay, and Cantonese.
