Humatica appoints new Partner in the Zurich office

Dr. Jochen Schilcher has been appointed as a new Partner to support Humatica’s continued growth. He will begin on 1. October and be based out of the Zurich office.

Dr. Schilcher has over 20 years of management consulting experience with leading global consultants including Booz & Co. and Oliver Wyman. During this time, he advised international clients on a wide range of topics including strategy-driven organizational development and efficiency improvement driven by changing market conditions. He assisted leading global private equity firms and their portfolio companies with pre-closing due diligence, post-acquisition transformation, bolt-on investments/PMI and exit preparation.

Jochen Schilcher adds: “Andros and I have known each other for 25 years. In my early consulting career we worked closely on diverse value growth projects in the corporate and private equity sectors. Jochen graduated in Business Economics with a major in Strategy and Organizations from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He also received his doctorate degree on the specific challenges of high-tech ventures in marketing technological innovations.
