Humatica announces senior promotions in London and Zurich

Humatica is pleased to announce two senior level promotions, reflecting continued growth and the strengthening of its leadership team.

Paul Simpson, based in Zurich, has been promoted to Partner. He began his career at Humatica as an Analyst Intern in 2015. Since then, Paul has developed rapidly and has led complex organisational transformation projects for global corporate and private equity clients. He has also been instrumental in the development of Humatica’s analytical tools and services.

Edward Kardouss, based in London, has been promoted to Director. He joined Humatica in 2025, having previously worked at LEK Associates, Marks and Spencer, and Sapient. Since joining the firm, he has led high-impact client transformation engagements and strengthened Humatica’s commercial processes.

Both have played important roles in Humatica’s development. We are delighted to recognise their progression.
