Digitalisation is disrupting business. But it is having an even more profound impact on organisations, behaviour and leadership. Rudimentary activities are being made redundant, and AI is threatening high-end professions in areas like finance, consulting, medicine and law. The technology of digitalisation is increasingly cheap and easy to implement. However, changing behaviours to effect a corresponding change in productivity is proving to be the bottleneck.
