Andros Payne is the Managing Partner & Founder of Humatica. He has led high-impact business strategy, restructuring and operational improvement projects in over 60 companies, in more than 30 industries and 15 countries over the past 20 years. Andros works with leading investors and portfolio company executives to identify and implement changes that increase value. He is a trusted adviser to numerous funds and CEOs.

Prior to founding Humatica, Andros was the co-founder and CEO of a fiber-optic communications equipment company. He raised over €10 million from US venture investors to initially fund the company and take it from technology start-up to acquisition in three years.

He was previously a partner at Oliver Wyman, a division of Marsh McLennan, where he managed numerous large-scale performance improvement, restructuring and strategy projects throughout Europe.
