Humatica advises Freshstream on its investment in MCR Group

Humatica, the leading private equity specialist advisor for portfolio company organisational effectiveness, has advised Freshstream Investment Partners’s team on its recent investment in MCR Group. MCR is the largest cleaning, security, engineering and personnel services firm in Ireland. Humatica was engaged by Freshstream to provide Organisational Due Diligence advice for this transaction.

The investment will enable the company to expand further across Ireland, including via acquisitions with Freshstream’s support.
