Humatica’s Valentina Pozzobon selected expert judge for the 10th PEI Operational Excellence Awards

Humatica is proud to announce that Valentina Pozzobon, a Director in our Zurich office, has been selected as one of eight expert judges for Private Equity International’s (PEI) 2021 Operational Excellence Awards. The prestigious award recognises the achievements of private equity’s best-in-class operators in growing value.

Valentina’s experience working with funds and management teams across the deal spectrum to increase organizational effectiveness provided a unique perspective on the latest strategies to drive post-deal value creation. She is a recognised expert in complex organizational transformation of private equity backed portfolio companies, and has deep experience delivering successful international carve out, merger, reorganization and rightsizing initiatives in Europe, Asia and North America.

Besides Valentina Pozzobon representing Humatica, the judges for PEI’s 10^th annual Operational Excellence Awards are drawn from blue-chip academic and consulting firms including the Chicago Business School, McKinsey, BCG, Alvarez & Marsal and Alix Partners. With decades of Private Equity experience between them, the judging panel drew on their expert knowledge to review and score the award submissions in their assigned regions – Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
