Shifting culture to grow value

You know it the minute you walk into a company. It’s the way people walk – the way they talk. Is there a buzz in the air? Clear individual and collective purpose in a collaborative workspace? Or, are there rows of individual offices with closed doors? The importance of a performance culture for unlocking profitable growth is clear, as are its characteristics to the casual observer. So why is it so difficult to change culture?
