Now in its second year, the Human Capital Forum brings together an exclusive group of organizational value creators and operating partner talent specialists from across the globe. It is the place to meet industry leaders in the PE community and discover the latest thinking on organizational effectiveness as a lever to transform portfolio companies and unlock value.<\/p>\n

The Human Capital Forum is only the latest indication of an accelerating trend in private equity to address the last, biggest and most complex lever of value growth: People. Humatica anticipated this trend when it was founded 20 years ago and developed specialized big-data tools and analytics which codify and transfer the behaviors and management practices that drive private equity value growth.
