Hyper-competitive deal markets and full-prices are changing the rules of the game. Private equity sponsors and portfolio management teams are coming to grips with a new reality: there is no deal which is just \u201cmore the same\u201d. Management teams are being forced outside their comfort zone to do things they have not done before, in order to generate an acceptable return.<\/p>\n
